    There are typically no set-up costs for our services.

  2. Do I run this on my own servers or do you host the equipment?

    All of our services are hosted in a state of the art datacenter. All of the data is backed-up within the datacenter, as well as securely replicated to a second data center over 1500 miles away.

  3. How do I get started? I want to go paperless, how do I get there?

    We make it easy to get started. Because it is all web based, all we need to do is set-up and activate your account(s). You can begin going paperless immediately. We include and provide unlimited training. We have both live and pre-recorded webinars which you can attend on an unlimited basis. Get your account, watch a 45 webinar and go paperless!
    For brokerages, in addition to training, we include webinar based consulting to ensure you can take your business from ‘paper-full’ to paperless. We will help you create a project plan, train your staff, train your agents and help move you through the implementation process.

  4. Do I need any special hardware for the service? Do I have to buy scanners?

    No special hardware is required. Because DocBox includes unlimited free faxing and gives you the ability to digitize paper documents by faxing them into the system, no scanning is required. Of course, you can also upload or email documents into the system


  5. How many files can I store? Is there a limit?

    There is no limit to the number of documents or files you can store. Accounts on our system include unlimited storage.


  6. How long do you keep the files online?

    We keep all files for at least the legal retention period in your state, regardless of the length of the retention period.

  7. Are my files secure?

    Your data is housed on our servers in a state of the art datacenter. The servers are protected by military grade firewalls and other digital security protection. The data center is physically secured with the use of bullet proof glass, multiple locked doors, surveillance cameras, hand-scanners, etc. The datacenter is also well protected from natural disasters through both location and construction. The datacenter is geographically located in an area that is not prone to hurricanes, earthquakes, flood, etc. It is an area some of the world’s largest technology companies have chosen to locate their own datacenters.

  8. Is training included?

    Yes. Live and recorded webinars are available on an unlimited basis. We have pre-scheduled live classes available at www.instanetsolutions.com/training. You can also access our recorded webinars at this same site. The recorded webinars are available for viewing 24 hours a day. Both live and recorded webinars can be viewed/attended on an unlimited basis.

  9. What about support?

    Live phone support is included. Chat and email support is also included.

  10. How much does it cost?
