The New York Association of REALTORS® Chooses TransactionDesk™
NYSAR selects Instanet Solutions as Transaction Management Affinity Partner

Texas - August 10, 2007 - Instanet Solutions announced today that it has been selected by the New York Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) to provide TransactionDesk™ transaction management services to NYSAR agents through the NYSAR Affinity Partnership Program.

The Buffalo-Niagara Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors® provide InstanetForms as a member benefit to all of their REALTORS®. The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island recently announced that they will be providing InstanetForms™ plus DocBox™ to all of their 2,900 participating offices and 26,000 plus end-users.
“The great thing about this for NYSAR members who are already using InstanetForms™ is that if they choose to upgrade, we simply turn on more functionality in their account. They don’t need to use and learn a whole new system. They will still login to the service the same way and use the same familiar interface”, says Kazzoun. “Those who are already licensed to use InstanetForms™ will get a significant, additional discount because they are already licensed on a portion of TransactionDesk™, which includes InstanetForms™ and DocBox™.”
