Oregon Real Estate Forms Chooses Instanet Solutions
Oregon forms to be provided via InstanetForms
PORTLAND, OR and AUSTIN, TX - November 1 , 2008 - Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC (OREF) and Instanet Solutions announced today that they have signed a multi-year agreement making Instanet Solutions the exclusive provider of online and desktop forms in Adobe format for OREF forms.
Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC was formed in 1997 by Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®, Eugene Association of Realtors® and the Oregon Association of Realtors®. OREF forms are the primary forms used by Oregon's 17,000 plus REALTORS®, as well as other Oregon real estate licensees.
InstanetForms is real estate contracts and forms service, available as a browser based, online service and as a desktop software application. Instanet Solutions provides online, paperless solutions to hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across North America. In addition to InstanetForms Instanet Solutions offers document and file management, internet faxing, transaction management and digital signature solutions.
As part of the agreement, Instanet Solutions will integrate their system with MLSs across Oregon for the auto-population of forms with MLS and public record data.
