GAMLS Announces Long-Term Agreement with CDM Inc.

Multiple Listing service (GAMLS) announced today it has signed
a long-term agreement to provide its 27,000+ members with InstanetSolutions (CDM) Internet based transaction
management platform TransactionDesk.
TransactionDesk is a web-based real estate transaction and
document management solution offering real estate associations,
multiple listing services, brokers and agents a full online
end-to-end transaction management platform.
TransactionDesk provides users with the ability to manage
real estate transactions starting with the auto-population
of transactions from Georgia MLS listings, to scheduling appointments
and tasks, enabling 3rd party viewing, and digitally signing
the finished contracts using the US Postal Service’s
Electronic Postmark (USPS EPM) digital signatures.
TransactionDesk has integrated the newest version of the Instanet
Forms online document management service with the USPS EPM
digital signatures.
TransactionDesk does not require any software installation,
3rd party viewers or form libraries to be downloaded in order
to access the service.
TransactionDesk users can work from any computer that has
a web browser with the Adobe Acrobat reader installed to securely
manage their transactions, contracts and forms.
Instanet Forms has been online and in use since October 1998
and is currently in its 6th version. The Instanet Forms technology
is a tried and well-tested service. Since January 2002 over
1.9 million contracts have been completed and modified with
over 2.5 million logins from our users.
Current Instanet Forms clients are able to seamlessly migrate their existing contracts and transactions
directly to the new TransactionDesk service.
