Major Mid-Atlantic Brokerage Implements Next Generation Online Forms and Document Management Solution
New System designed to protect consumers while streamlining service delivery
AUSTIN, Texas - March 28, 2008 - Instanet Solutions announced today that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has implemented the InstanetForms plus DocBoxTM online service for use by its more than 4,000 sales associates in the mid-Atlantic region. InstanetFormsTM is an online, PDF-based real estate contracts and forms system. DocBoxTM is a fully integrated, online digital document storage, management and Internet faxing platform.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a full service real estate brokerage serving five states and the District of Columbia. This wide geographic range presents the brokerage with some unique challenges when managing its library of more than 700 forms that govern transactions throughout the mid-Atlantic region. With the large number of forms and the constant changes in laws that result in changes to the content of the forms, the system helps the broker deploy not only the correct forms for each transaction, but also the most up to date version.
Instanet Solutions delivers a customized version of InstanetFormsTM that allows sales associates to click through a simple, step-by-step wizard that selects the appropriate forms and contracts based on property location, property type, property age and other important factors.
