Forms and Features Highlights

Email and Internet Faxing
Forms can be emailed in read-only or editable format. Contracts can be sent via internet fax to clients for signing then emailed with signatures to both parties when approved.

On-line Negotiation
Allows forms to be sent between parties and interactively negotiated and tracked on-line. A full audit trail of all changes and modifications is kept for each contract and form created in the service.

Dynamic Contract Management
Dynamically create, modify and save contracts and forms within the user’s TransactionDeskTM account, fax or email to anyone the user designates. Clause Database for Forms stores information for commonly used clauses and stipulations. The clauses can then be used in other TransactionDesk areas.

Multiple Fonts, Colors, and Sizes
Users can select from 14 different fonts, 10 colors and 8 font sizes for their contracts. An auto-size feature will shrink longer sentences to fit within the text input area on a contract.

Watermarks
Can be embedded directly onto each page of a user’s forms.

Quick Start Groups
Make your own forms groups and insert multiple forms into a transaction with one click, instead of adding the same individual forms to many transactions.

Digital Signatures
AuthentiSignTM lets you securely manage the signing of documents by remote parties, while optionally providing the verifiable security of USPS Electronic Postmark® (USPS EPM®).Our AuthentiSign technology meets all federal eSign guidelines.
