San Francisco Realtors® Leaders in Paperless Movement
SFAR renews TransactionDesk multi-year agreement including mobile toolset
sfarAustin, TX – January 6th, 2014 – Instanet Solutions™ announced today that they have extended an agreement that will enable the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR) to continue to provide its members a comprehensive paperless platform as a member benefit.
SFAR members’ usage of the TransactionDesk platform has been remarkable. SFAR members used the system more in 2013 than in any previous year. SFAR members created over 250,000 forms or contracts, and uploaded over 1.3 million pages of signed forms and third party documents in 2013.
“SFAR members are some of the most technologically savvy Realtors® in the country,” said Joe Kazzoun, Vice President of Business and Product Development for Instanet Solutions. “As a percentage, more real estate business is conducted paperlessly than almost anywhere in the country.”
SFAR’s renewal of TransactionDesk includes InstanetForms2Go, Autherntisign2Go and DocBox2Go – all mobile tools that will be provided as a member benefit to all SFAR members.
“Our members can walk into a client’s home, write a listing agreement or offer and have them sign it – all on their iPad or other tablet”, said Christine Dwiggins, immediate past President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors®. ”We’re committed to ensuring they have the best available tools to conduct their business.”
